The Piano Service Voucher Program
Now there is a means to help your piano teacher, school, church or even your local nursing home lower the cost of maintaining their pianos just by having your own piano serviced!
After each service call, my tuning clients will receive a voucher that they can use themselves or pass along their piano teacher or an institution of their choice. You can help your church, your kid's music teacher or school, even the local nursing home to lower the cost of maintaining their pianos!
Can I use this voucher?
Certainly! Each voucher is valid for six months; if you are one who has your piano serviced twice a year this is for you! If once a year, you can still get value from the voucher by giving it to a school, church, nursing home or piano teacher.
who can I give this voucher?
You can give it to a school, church, piano teacher or nursing home in your community. They can then use it to reduce the piano maintenance costs on their pianos.
HOw many vouchers can a school, church, piano teacher or nursing home use?
As many as they can get - up to the full value of the service! However, the vouchers themselves have no cash value, so any balance will not be credited or given as change.
HOw long is a voucher good for?
There will be an expiration written on the voucher, six months past the date of your piano's service. Vouchers need to be surrendered when redeemed, and they are only honored by Free State Pianoworks LLC.
How do I get a voucher?
Vouchers will be sent by mail to you (and noted on your invoice) after regular tunings or regulation work. Evaluations and appraisals do not qualify for a voucher.
Can these vouchers be applied to other work, like re-covering key tops, or installing Dampp-Chaser systems?
Vouchers will be usable towards all labor charges, however, parts charges are excluded from this program.
Can they be given to a school, church or studio outside the service area?
Yes, although that does not obligate Tod to make special trips for tunings. Tuning and service trips outside the home area will be scheduled as usual, clustering appointments together for practicality. Any additional travel charges will not be covered by the vouchers. Our service area currently 10 counties in Kansas (click here to see map).
