#1) Standard Piano Tuning Service Call - $120 (sales taxes included)
This service is best for:
1) PIanos NO OLDER than 15-20 years,
2) that have been tuned and serviced in the last 2 to 3 years,
3) has no issues (sticky keys, buzzes, etc.
The piano is tuned to A-440, and other minor maintenance issued are addressed, such minor voicing and regulation.
NOTE: If the piano cannot be tuned and serviced within the time allowed for the appointment, this appointment will be converted to an estimate/evaluation appointment.

- Pianos 20 to 40 years old;
- Piano not serviced or tuned in last 5 years (or if unknown when last tuned and serviced)
- has issues, ie., sticky keys, missing strings, etc.
- unknown history (just acquired piano, and needs more than just a standard tuning service).
This is a general, but comprehensive service that will take just under four hours and includes:
1.) An inspection of all the piano's systems. An online condition report is also provided specifically tailored to your piano and your situation.
2.) Pitch Raising to bring pitch up to A440 -
3.) Minor procedures (voicing, regulating and a little light cleaning) to assure the piano will stay in tune and can be played.
4.) Piano is tuned to A-440
This service works best if you do not know the last time the piano was serviced, how old the piano is, but everything seems to be working as it should with the piano.

#3) Repair Estimate and Evaluation: $100 (sales taxes included)
This service is not a tuning, but an evaluation of the condition of the piano and the work that may be needed to get the piano into playable and musical condition. The service includes a complete condition report based upon your needs - will the piano work and do what you need a piano to do?
This is best for pianos:
1) Over 40 years old, and
2) Have not been tuned within the last 2-5 years, and
3) Have issues - sticky keys, broken parts
4) You have just acquired the piano.
